JOB SUMMARY

UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION IS TO PROVIDE OVERALL MANAGEMENT OF ALL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO FINANCIAL SERVICES WHICH INCLUDE BANKING AND INVESTMENTS, PREPARATION OF BUDGETS AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, BUDGET CONTROL, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare internal financials statement and documentation for the presentation of annual financial statements to the Audit Committee as well as to the Board of Governors.

Assist staff and oversee the preparation of the quarterly financials to respect the closing guide for the Contrôleur Financier.

Prepare documentation relating to annual operating and capital budgets for presentation to the Board of Governors.
