Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations Support

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments (accounts payable and receivable)
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare supporting documents for monthly financial closing
  • Track income streams including membership subscriptions, course fees, and donations
  • Assist in maintaining proper financial documentation for audit and reporting

Administrative & HR Support

  • Maintain staff records including leave, claims, and basic HR documentation
  • Support payroll processing and preparation of related documentation (e.g. IR8A)
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
