Position Overview
Responsibilities - Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Coordinate with Consultants, Project Manager, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer and Subcontractors to resolve construction problems and issues to timely and smooth progress of works
- Coordinate, monitor progress and ensure compliance of all architectural trades on site
- Review drawings, specifications and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Assist in project handover, defects rectification and TOP preparation
- Attend site and coordination meetings with stakeholders
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as management deem fit
Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the BOA
