Job Title: Cook / Stall Cook (F&B) Support daily food stall operations by preparing and cooking food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing stock, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities - Prepare and cook food following stall recipes, standards, and operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients for efficient cooking
- Deliver food promptly and consistently during operating hours to meet customer demand
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness protocols at all times to ensure safe food handling
- Monitor stock levels, inspect incoming supplies, and assist with inventory arrangement and storage to support operations
