About the role

Mainline Services Group is seeking experienced Cooks to support breakfast and dinner meal service in a remote mining village. This is a hands-on site-based role preparing and cooking meals, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, and following food safety, hygiene and operational procedures in a high-volume catering environment.

Key responsibilities

·Prepare and cook meals in accordance with menu requirements and site catering schedules.

·Assist with food preparation for daily meal service in a remote mining camp environment.

·Operate commercial kitchen equipment and maintain safe food handling practices.

·Portion, plate and present meals while maintaining consistency and quality standards.

·Support stock rotation, food storage and inventory control procedures.
