Hours: Wednesday to Sunday (11 am – 7:30 pm), 40 hours per week. The role is offered under an education contract, amounting to approximately 37 weeks per year, allowing for additional hours as needed to cover roster gaps or provide function support.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of food at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Deliver a high volume of healthy and nutritious meals daily.
- Design menus that are student‑friendly or tailored to function briefs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of dietary requirements and implement New Zealand food control and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Valid New Zealand driver’s licence.
- Great communication skills and moderate computer literacy.
- Energetic manner and willingness to learn.
- Required to undertake Police Vetting.
