**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As a key member of our Food Services team, you will lead the preparation of high-quality, safe, and delicious meals for patients, staff, and visitors within our healthcare facility.

Every day you will follow safe cooking techniques, preparing meals for diverse therapeutic diets, and ensuring strict compliance with all state and federal food preparation regulations.

To be successful in this role, you'll play an integral part in supporting quality control measures, including consistent recipe adherence and food quality, and will assist in the oversight of staff to maintain operational excellence.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Prepares and serves food within guidelines of menu and dietary requirements, using required kitchen utensils and equipment such as slicers, mixers, ovens, fryers, steamers, stove tops, and grills, etc....
