- Position Title: Cook (Central Kitchen) /Kitchen Assistant (Central Kitchen)
- Working Location: Macpherson
- Working Hours: 6 days
- Salary Package: Up to $2800 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook dishes following standard recipes and portions.
- Handle daily cutting, portioning, and preparation.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Keep the kitchen clean and compliant with food safety rules.
- Monitor inventory and help with stock checks.
- Work with chefs and teammates to keep operations smooth.
- Support new recipe trials/R&D when needed.
- Perform all other ad-hoc as assigned by management and supervisors.
