Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of 3-4 manufacturing plants across China, including production planning, manufacturing execution, quality control, supply chain management, and facility management, ensuring consistent efficiency, productivity, and adherence to global operational standards.
Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies aligned with global business goals, focusing on scaling production capacity, reducing operational costs, and improving time-to-market for electronic components tailored to automotive, data center, and medical industries.
Drive operational excellence through the adoption of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives, eliminating waste, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall operational resilience and profitability.
