The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support 2 Partners of a progressive mid tier law firm based in the Brisbane CBD.  Your duties include:

* Dealing with clients, first and final letters, on line searches,
* Following up on outstanding conditions
* Settlement statements, PEXA settlements
* and general file management duties.

You will settle approximately 20-30 files a month and work alongside another Conveyancing Paralegal.
