Position Overview
My client is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Controller to oversee accounting and financial functions for a portfolio of commercial properties.Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, vendor reconciliations, AP reporting, and vendor communications
- Process and reconcile corporate credit card statements
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Manage payroll processing
- Conduct monthly expense variance analysis
- Prepare and enter journal entries and account adjustments
- Coordinate and make off-site bank deposits
