Description
An established organization in the Nashville market is seeking a hands-on Interim Controller to provide immediate leadership across accounting operations. This role is fully onsite and will partner closely with executive leadership to maintain financial stability, support reporting, and strengthen internal processes.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical accounting expertise, process improvement mindset, and the ability to step in quickly and lead without a long ramp-up.


What You’ll Own

+ Oversee the full accounting function, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end close

+ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including internal reporting packages and variance analysis
