Position Overview
Unity Search has been exclusively retained by a successful family-owned Home Service business in the Irving/Las Colinas area in its search for a Controller. Reporting to the CFO and President, this person will perform all accounting responsibilities for the business while supervising a team of 4 accounting support personnel. The ideal candidate for this role would have 8+ years of accounting experience with small to medium sized companies – preferably with exposure to the Home Service or Construction industries - and have a degree in Accounting or Finance while also having demonstrated the ability to manage a team well.
