We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Controller for a well-established manufacturing organization in Colorado Springs. As the Controller you will own the financial narrative while directly influencing operations, compliance, and decision-making. What you’ll own

+ Oversee and review monthly financials (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) to ensure accuracy and timeliness

+ Lead and develop a team across AP, AR, invoicing, payroll/HR, and Assistant Controller functions

+ Support financial operations across multiple entities/subsidiaries

+ Drive month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
