**Position Overview**:
Establishes, implements, directs, and controls the accounting activities including data planning and development.
Must take on a strong leadership role within the management of the plant and operations.
In addition, monitor and advise management on the financial performance and operations of the plant.
Able to lead a group of people in a department and work closely with manufacturing to analyze costs and make improvements to minimize costs.
