- Execute PLC/HMI system programming from established baseline applications - Create program flowcharts, logic diagrams and controls narrative documents - Create documentation for Operations and Maintenance manuals related to the control system - Extract required data from project documents (P&I and electrical drawings) for the software development - Perform self-check of all programs for accuracy, including unit and integration testing along with performing error tracking/follow-up and revision control - Support of factory floor personnel as necessary for FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) procedure creation and participation in factory acceptance test - Support of field service personnel during commissioning (as required) - Perform setup, connection, and trouble shooting of control system equipment - Support coordinated schedules with other Packaging groups and manufacturing - Work with other groups to assure that there is excellent communication between project eng...
