We are currently seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our client on a 12-month contract based in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation projects in a hands-on, fully on-site role.
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of advanced automation solutions. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to commissioning, ensuring high-quality and innovative engineering outcomes.
Develop and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to a high standard
Produce technical documentation including manuals, test procedures, and system specifications
Follow and support project timelines set by the Systems Engineering Manager
Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities
