Responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, from bid support through to contract award, execution and close‑out.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including government contracts, commercial agreements, NDAs, and licensing deals.
• Support proposal development by reviewing terms and conditions and contributing to commercial strategies.
• Identify and manage contractual and regulatory risk in complex, multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Support IP and licensing matters, including data rights, ownership, and technology use.
