About the Role

On behalf of a forward-looking construction business, we are recruiting a Contracts Manager to join a growing operation and play a key role in shaping its future. This role would suit a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career, managing multiple projects while driving performance across quality, safety, programme and commercial delivery.

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring compliance, maximising commercial return, developing high‑performing teams, and delivering an industry‑leading customer experience.
