Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Contract & Project Management - Manage multiple fire protection projects simultaneously, including sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and fire suppression systems.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and close-out activities.
- Review contract documents, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual timelines.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Client & Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Attend project meetings, site meetings, and progress reviews.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
