Role Summary
We are hiring a Contract Administrator to support a busy team during a maternity leave. This is a 4-month, on-site role focused on document processing, invoicing, and administrative support.
What You’ll Do
+ Process documents, forms, and mail merges; manage digital files
+ Track, review, and reconcile invoices and maintain spreadsheets
+ Support administrative workflows, reporting, and internal coordination
Must-Have Skills
+ Administrative, contract support, or document processing experience
+ Strong attention to detail in high-volume environments
+ Experience with Excel, email communication, and tracking tasks
Nice-to-Have
+ Experience with SharePoint or document management systems
+ Exposure to invoicing, procurement, or financial tracking
