Position Overview
- Support the sales business management process and be responsible for end to end contract management (contract review, contract decision-making, etc.)
- Review and organize routine sales decision-making according to the decision-making process and authority execution rules.
- Complete process execution/adaptation and operation according to processes and work instructions, participate in process internal control work, independently handle common problems and complete specific tasks, and be responsible for process execution quality.
- Risk warning, support project initiation review, and support issue closure. Be responsible for project operation standardization and project risk management.
- Follow up with relevant internal stakeholder(s) to ensure the signed documents from customer are (a) properly returned, and (b) scanned and archived in accordance with company policies.
