Position Overview


The Contract Specialist acts as a strategic contract reviewer and business risk advisor for Shaw Industries’ Commercial Division, driving sound decision-making across customer agreements. This role evaluates commercial contracts, identifies risk, and assesses operational and financial impacts to proactively resolve issues prior to Legal engagement. This role is based in Cartersville, GA and works in a hybrid way with 3 days / week required in office.


Responsibilities :


Contract Review & Risk Identification:
+ Independently review all incoming contracts before legal review , including NDAs, MSAs, RFP terms, rebate agreements, pricing agreements, and other commercial customer contracts.
