You will play a critical role in ensuring that all contractual obligations are actively monitored, that performance deviations are identified early, and that stakeholders are informed and engaged on compliance outcomes.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct timely review and monitoring of all assigned contractual agreements using AI-powered Obligation Management and CLM tools, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions across both EM (Enhanced Monitoring) and Non-EM obligation categories.
• Develop and implement monitoring and validation strategies for specific obligation categories, adapting approaches based on obligation complexity, risk profile, and supplier performance history.
