One of the established names in the commercial building maintenance industry is looking to recruit a contract manager to be based in Kent and manage a number of key commercial properties in Central London for a leading managing agent. 

The Contract Manager will ideally be from a gas,combustion or HVAC background and will be able to provide a first class customer service and be able to organise, manage and motivate their team. 

Most of the week will be spent based out of the Kent office which will be around three days a week with the other two days spent with clients and attending meetings.
