Primary objectives for the Contract Maintenance Manager will be: Provide support to the Area Manager on the management and control of the facilities management contract.

Overall responsibility of the daily management of the sites maintenance teams. Annual scheduling and responsibility for planned maintenance projects. Ensure maintenance projects are prepared, agreed and delivered, on time, to the agreed standard and provide value for money.
