JOB SUMMARY

The Contracts & Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end contract lifecycle and billing processes for

construction projects. The role includes contractor onboarding, preparation and verification of bills, rate analysis, and

ensuring commercial compliance with contract terms. The position plays a critical role in cost control, revenue tracking, and

financial accuracy of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Handle contractor onboarding, including verification of documents, finalization of terms, and agreement

execution.
 Draft, review, and manage contracts, work orders, and subcontract agreements.
