• Part Time/Full Time
• Up to $25/hr for hourly part timer
• Up to $4,000/month for full time staff
• 1 month performance bonus upon completing 6‑month contract, subject to work performance

• Deliver world class 24 hour one‑stop customer service.
• Handle customer interactions via phone and/or emails within stipulated timeframe.
• To cross‑sell the bank products and services when appropriate.
• Actively perform channel migration to automated channels.
