Job Descriptions - Manage a shared services team to deliver recruitment, learning, benefits and HR business partner operations to clients
- Handle yearly HR exercises such as leave administration, insurance renewals, ITQ submissions, long service awards, etc.
- Advise and respond to end users on organizational policies and procedures
- Raise incident reports and service requests for system
- Administer approvals for contracts, bonuses, letter of offers in the system on daily basis
- Follow up and secure consensus from stakeholders for cases with exceptional handling
- Monitor pending task and ensure delivery is within KPI and SLAs
- Deliver monthly reports and analyze efficiency and volume of services
- Lead and motivate team to manage daily operational challenges
- Engage in process improvements and SOP updates
