Contract and Paralegal Support Specialist

As Contract and Paralegal Support Specialist within our Global Contract Services Team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting key internal stakeholders, particularly the Legal and Procurement teams, by ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating efficient contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Contract Preparation: Assist in the preparation, review, and editing of contracts, collaborating with legal and procurement when relevant to ensure contract accuracy and contribute to the development, deployment, update, and continuous improvement of contract templates and Sanofi contractual landscape.
