Community Housing Limited is seeking a Contract and Asset Planner to procure, plan, schedule, monitor and report on maintenance activities, with a primary focus on cyclical and planned maintenance, inspections and compliance programs across GLM facilities. Working closely with the broader CHL VIC Assets team, you’ll help drive consistency, strong contractor performance and high-quality data to support safe, compliant and well-maintained sites.
