Key Responsibilities - Manage subcontractor packages end-to-end (RFQs, letting, awards, final accounts)
- Prepare and manage variations and EOT claims
- Administer head contract obligations
- Review RFIs, invoices and cost reports
- Support commercial management across multiple projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline preferred
