A well-established commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Sydney team.

The business delivers a strong pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors, typically up to $20M in value across Sydney.

This is a hands-on CA role working closely with Project Managers across multiple projects in fast-paced live environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor packages including RFQ's, Lettings, award and final accounts
• Prepare and manage variations and EOT claims
