Position Overview
Responsibilities - This role requires a deep understanding of contract law, project management, financial analysis, negotiation, and effective communication to ensure that contractual obligations are met while minimizing risks and maximizing benefits for the organization.
- The candidate will work closely with project teams, client, legal advisors, and stakeholders to navigate contractual matters and resolve claims, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
- Advises on contractual matters and manages the contractual correspondences in accordance with the Prime Contract Terms and Conditions, specifications and drawings including construction change orders.
- Manages the contractual commitments and performance of the work according to the Client’s instructions, Specifications and Drawings, and the Terms and Conditions of the Contract, including construction Change Orders.
