Role Overview - Responsible for leading and implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) projects (e.g. Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives) to improve department performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization.
- Be part of a highly skilled team of change agents working with all areas of assigned departments as well as aspects related to external customers and suppliers when applicable.
- Develop, execute and sustain effective process improvements that drive KPI improvements utilizing Vertiv Operating System (VOS) methodologies.
