The Rexnord Business System (RBS) Manager must have an operational focus. This position deploys strategy by focusing on implementing Lean Methodologies and driving business breakthroughs, Kaizen events, and team development within our business units. We strive for operational excellence across all functional areas and processes by deploying Lean tools and Six Sigma principles. The RBS Manager plays an active role in driving accelerated operating and financial performance through continuous process improvement and execution of breakthrough strategies.
