This role provides operational support activities to the broader regional Content Management teams (onboarding, long‑form servicing, and ancillary servicing) by defining, obtaining, and analyzing content management metrics, KPIs, and preventive checks through data validation, cross‑referencing, data analysis, process optimization, and support for new initiatives and business requirements in the Latam region.

Major Activities

• Lead the analysts from the team both in terms of goals and priorities and as a technical leader: reference how to create reports, which systems and trackers provide the most accurate information, and how to present information to the broader GCM Latam team.
• Manage the team that defines, obtains, and analyzes SLA metrics for each respective CoE and performs content analysis when required.
