Job Description
They will achieve operational support activities to the broader regional Content Management teams (onboarding, long‑form servicing and ancillary servicing) by defining, obtaining and analyzing content management metrics, KPIs, and preventive checks via data validation, cross‑referencing and data analysis, process optimization, and support for new initiatives and business requirements in the Latam region.
Responsibilities
- Leads the analysts from the team both in terms of goals and priorities but also as a technical leader: reference in how to create reports, which systems and trackers provide the most accurate information, how to present information to the broader GCM Latam team.
- Manages the team that defines, obtains and analyzes SLA metrics for each respective CoE and performs content analysis when required.
