Social Media & Digital Engagement Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, engagement opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms such as META and TikTok.
• Support the creation of engaging digital content, including visuals, captions and campaign materials aligned with brand objectives.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting customer reward and engagement initiatives across digital channels.
• Monitor social media platforms to ensure appropriate engagement, respond to inquiries when required and maintain a positive online community environment.
