You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee help experience through content. You will collaborate with HR and Chief Administrative Office (CAO) subject matter experts to understand and simplify processes and policies into streamlined, easy-to-digest content. You'll be responsible for ensuring content is AI-ready and drive innovative solutions to complex problems in collaboration with cross-functional teams. While leading this strategically important initiative you will manage a small team of full-time employees and temporary contractors who will be responsible for technical writing and managing online content using a defined style guide, workflow process and timelines.
