Key Responsibilities

Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high‑impact videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, property tours, Legacy Stories, developer showcases, etc.).

Edit raw footage into compelling, story‑driven videos with strong emotional appeal using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Write captivating captions, headlines, scripts, and calls‑to‑action that complement the video content.

Plan and manage the social media content calendar with a strong focus on video‑first content.

Create supporting visuals such as thumbnails, banners, carousels, and graphics.
