• Create creative concepts, storyboards, and content ideas for our brands and leadership team.
• Handle basic lighting, framing, and audio setup for professional‑looking content.
• Design captions, hooks, and visual elements that improve engagement.
• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing podcasts as the role expands.
• Manage and organize video assets and content libraries.
