Position: Event Accountant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Travel Availability: Yes, especially during key events

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within events, hospitality, or entertainment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite
• Strong background in high-volume AR/AP reconciliations
• Experience in financial closing , invoicing , and process development
• Proven experience in financial project management
• Excellent communication skills with vendors
• High flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced environments
