Contact Center Sales & Performance Specialist – ING
ING is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Contact Center Sales & Performance Specialist to join our Remote Sales Team within the Growth Tribe, Development area. This is a temporary, 6‑month position that plays a key role in commercial performance, business activation and data‑driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage performance indicators for Savings (Cuenta Naranja) within the call center channel, tracking performance, conversion evolution and identifying growth levers.
- Lead the Mobile Primary Bank function from the call center, monitoring commercial offerings through traffic‑light indicators in BPO agencies, assessing their impact on customer engagement and defining activation dynamics including incentives, competitions and initiatives.
