Position Overview

Are you passionate about operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service? Chubb European Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Operations Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing customer support requests, supervising operational procedures, and driving process improvement initiatives across our European operations. This is a 12 months role. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted business partner and consultant, serving as the main liaison between Chubb and external Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), ensuring smooth communication and compliance with company policies.
