Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities - Support the coordination and execution of product or service delivery projects for clients from initiation through to completion.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts and assist with the execution of large-scale operational deployments.
- Evaluate the profitability and potential risks of engagements, recommending client‑centric solutions that optimize value while minimizing project risk.
- Collaborate with Support teams to assist in case resolution and strengthen the client relationship with Epicor Support. Act as a point of escalation for professional services and implementation concerns.
- Actively participate in project kickoff meetings, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings, either on‑site or remotely.
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities including client presentations, services planning, proposal development, and work plan creation.
