We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Consulting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Pavilion Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
In line with its growth, the Consultant will assist clients with a range of Talent Strategy Solutions, to identify, win and deliver strategic and signature consulting projects. In addition to leading and delivering client engagements, this role will have direct accountability to identify business opportunities with prospective clients and grow revenues in line with the business’ strategic direction. Through acting as an advisor to some of the world’s largest and most renowned firms, the role will also contribute significantly to shaping the future of new and innovative reward solutions.
