Your responsibilities:

Lead process planning and efficiency improvement projects for our clients.

Collaborate in workshops to develop and analyze target processes using MTM and/or MOST methods.

Design and optimize workstations in production — identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.

Take charge of production flow balancing (Line Balancing) to ensure maximum efficiency.

Prepare your findings, present them to clients, and support the implementation of improvement measures.

Your profile:

Successfully completed engineering studies with a focus on industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.

Professional experience in manufacturing industry and/or consulting with focus on efficiency improvement in production.
