Consultant Haematologist

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Consultant in Clinical Haematology to complete our complement of a team of 7 consultants at The Royal Oldham Hospital. An interest in haematological malignancies is essential and developing sub‑speciality interest is desirable. Visits can be arranged for candidates in order to appreciate the quality of life our hospitals and the surrounding area can offer.

The successful candidate can expect:

• 10PA basic contract, which includes 1 PA for on call, and further PAs could be allocated according to job planning and based on service demand and Trust requirements.


• Support to develop own sub‑speciality interest.


• Become involved in teaching, training, and research.


• Developing leadership skills and supporting the service development.
