The Trust is seeking to appoint a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist to join the Medium Secure Inpatient Services. This is a newly created post arising from the continued expansion of the Trust’s Medium Secure Services. The post comprises 7.5 Direct Clinical Care sessions and 2.5 Supporting Professional Activities sessions.

Role Overview

The role acts as the Responsible Clinician for Rowan View Medium Secure Unit, with an anticipated caseload of about 15 male inpatients and one of several visiting forensic consultants to HMP Liverpool or HMP Altcourse. The post includes approximately 10 sessions per week.

Responsibilities
